Not everyone is in a very merry mood this month, including this 33-year-old man from Portland, Oregon who apparently went kinda nuts in a Toys R Us with a toy lightsaber, assaulting various shoppers to the point that police had to be called. And though cops were eventually able to arrest the man by tackling him, The Force proved strong with this one as he used his lightsaber to successfully fight off multiple taser attempts on the part of law enforcement -- all while yelling incoherent statements that may or may not have had to do with how crappy a character Jar Jar Binks was.
Unfortunately he did not do all this while wearing a Darth Vader costume, but one look at this guy's mugshot and we just see The Dark Side written all over him. No word on what sort of punishment he faces, though Portland cops might want to look into why a toy lightsaber can defeat their more advanced (and dangerous) tasers.
